Project Overview
Challenge
Spirited Gifts had a unique challenge: they were running a highly successful alcohol gifting operation, but the tech stack and design were falling behind. The brand needed a polished, scalable online store that could handle B2C and B2B — especially during seasonal surges like holidays and corporate gifting campaigns.
Design Direction
We focused on creating a high-end feel without making the experience stuffy. The product is the hero here, so we used whitespace, elegant typography, and product photography to emphasize gifting moments. Whether it’s birthdays, business thank-yous, or weddings; the site makes every gift feel curated and special.

Figma to Function
From lo-fi wireframes to high-end polish, we mapped every screen for clarity, ease of use, and conversion. Our UX decisions were informed by real heatmap and user flow data. The final result? A clean, intuitive flow that feels premium at every step; with faster navigation, simplified categories, and fewer drop-offs at checkout.

The Dev Stack
No off-the-shelf themes here; we custom developed several key features: a multi-recipient gifting system, gift message logic, and variable delivery scheduling tools. Built on Shopify Plus, the code is scalable, modular, and tailored to their growth roadmap.

Mobile-First, Always
Knowing that over 70% of traffic came from mobile, we built a responsive experience that prioritized thumb-flow, swipe-friendly carousels, and fast-loading product pages. Every micro-interaction was tested for elegance and ease.
