Project Overview
Challenge
Glam & Gems NY came to us with a growing customer base, stunning products, and a strong following, but their online store lacked polish. It was functional, but not fabulous. Our job? Turn it into a digital runway.
Design Direction
We designed a modern, clean aesthetic that let the product photography shine. We chose fonts and layouts that elevated the luxury feel while staying true to the brand’s accessible, NYC-based energy.
Figma Wireframes → Shopify Reality
We wireframed every page with purpose; making sure each section served a conversion goal. The final result? A site that feels like a high-end magazine and functions like a conversion machine.
The Dev Stack
We custom-coded key sections in Liquid to maintain styling consistency across devices. From hover states to cart drawer animations, everything was hand-built for performance and polish.
Mobile-First, Always
Over 80% of their customers shop from their phones. We redesigned the mobile experience from scratch; optimizing font sizes, CTA placement, and swipe behavior to feel smooth, sexy, and lightning-fast.
